Of a yellow-green colour with a golden sheen, clear, crystalline, mineral nose, minty, white flowers, round attack, bright and mineral medium evoking flint and gunflint, similar purpose.
Aging : 3 to 5 years.
Serving temperature: 8-9°C.

Fish in sauce
Pork chops in cream and white wine
