Winemaking

Traditional method, made by hand harvesting.

 Selective sorting and maturing on slats for a period of

24 months, to ensure bubbles of great finesse.

 

 

Grape varieties

Mainly made from chardonnay, with a touch of cabernet franc.  

Tasting notes

Elegant, characteristic of the most beautiful Crémant de Loire...

 

The bubbles are numerous, fine and delicate. The nose is complex and reveals subtle aromas of dried fruit, brioche and fresh butter. Attack in the mouth very fresh, then rise in strength and finish on a tense and salty finish. 

Aging : 2 to 3 years.

Serving temperature: 8°C. ​
