The bubbles are numerous, fine and delicate. The nose is complex and reveals subtle aromas of dried fruit, brioche and fresh butter. Attack in the mouth very fresh, then rise in strength and finish on a tense and salty finish.
Aging : 2 to 3 years.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
