6 to 12 months in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. 

Grape varieties

80% cabernet franc

20 % cabernet sauvignon 


Deep red-purple, limpid, brilliant, with no sign of evolution. Characteristic nose of Anjou, small herbaceous notes, red and black fruits. In the mouth, a fleshy attack, mid-palate on red fruits, finish on a tannic structure still very present.

Aging: 5 to 10 years, depending on the vintage.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C.

This Anjou Villages can be served during a meal and will go perfectly with :

  • Fried poultry (roast duck - guinea fowl with morels)

  • Game

  • Grilled red meats

  • Lamb Navarin
