Tasting
Deep red-purple, limpid, brilliant, with no sign of evolution. Characteristic nose of Anjou, small herbaceous notes, red and black fruits. In the mouth, a fleshy attack, mid-palate on red fruits, finish on a tannic structure still very present.
Aging: 5 to 10 years, depending on the vintage.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C.
