Green harvest (drop in yield), manual harvest with selective sorting and ageing in oak barrels (100% French oak) for 12 months.

80% cabernet franc
20 % cabernet sauvignon


Tasting
From three terroirs...
Delicate notes of black fruits, well-structured, accompanied by great tannic and silky finesse.
Aging : 7 to 10 years.
Serving temperature : 14-16°C.
