Coteaux du Layon
Produced from the oldest vineyard in Anjou, this sweet wine owes its name to the marvellously well-situated hillsides along the Layon...
Very selective manual harvest, 3 to 4 successive selections, 10 months in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Golden colour with a light amber tint, deep and complex nose of candied bergamot, exotic fruits, pineapple and honey, mellow and concentrated attack with a fresh finish, very long.
Aging: 3 to 18 years.
Serving temperature: 7-9°C.
This Coteaux du Layon can be served as an aperitif or during a meal and will go perfectly with :
Foie gras escalope with mangoes
